The only question is:  what kind of water should you drink?  You see, not all water is the same...and some water can actually be bad for your skin. Skin care is a complex matter that requires careful attention to detail . Aside from exercising and eating right, at least eight glasses of water per day must be consumed. So, let's talk about the kinds of water that are available to you. We'll begin with  tap water , since it's the type of water that most people tend to drink. Tap water is a form of municipal water that has been treated, disinfected, and processed. Most cities also add a good amount of chlorine and fluoride to municipal water sources. Currently, there is some speculation as to whether or not one of the by-products that is contained within chlorine can be linked to cancer.  In short...
